CIMT Day One

Day one consisted of evaluations...speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, neuropsychologist, medical doctors, etc

Road trip!!

We stopped in Wilson, NC and stayed the night.

Fall Festival

We took PJ and his gang to the festival with us. Daniel could care less about any of the festivities. He just wanted his daddy to swing him!

Time for a new AFO

Ashley Grace keeps growing and growing! Today she had to be fitted for another AFO.



Mr David and Ms Jennifer discussed which brace would be best for her. For those of you that don't know Ashley Grace, she is very unique and certainly one of a kind.









Although Ashley Grace has been through this several times, today was the first time she has been old enough to pick out the design that displays on the back of the leg brace. I was getting nervous at first as she kept looking at the pirates and dinasours but she came through finally deciding on a ladybug.






Now it is time to make a mold of her foot...













Such the little helper...you can see her little hand trying to help hold the hose.


















Mr David takes the mold back to his office and uses that to make a custom AFO for Ashley Grace. It will be ready for her next week!

Trip to the aquarium

So, we went to the aquarium to see the penguins that had just arrived...

However, Ashley Grace was more interested in another one of God's creatures...

and NOT one of my favorites!!



She even tried to have a conversation with him!
